Terms of Service

Strixa provides an agentic AI platform and related services to B2B enterprises and public-sector organisations, including the deployment, configuration, orchestration and ongoing support of autonomous AI agents. Our platform and services are tailored to each client and delivered in accordance with the applicable order or service agreement.

As a client of Strixa you agree to: provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver the platform and services; comply with any requirements or guidelines we provide, including those governing the authority granted to agents; pay all fees and charges in accordance with your agreement; and cooperate with us in delivery, including providing access to relevant systems, data and personnel as needed.

Fees are set out in your order or service agreement based on the scope and duration of the platform and services. Payment terms, including invoicing and methods, are specified there. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination.

All intellectual property rights in our platform and services — including software, models, agents, algorithms, processes and documentation — remain the property of Strixa. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on them without our prior written consent.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any confidential information disclosed during the engagement, including business plans, financial information and proprietary technology. Such information may be disclosed only to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Strixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Strixa in the six months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time on written notice. On termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees and to return any confidential information or materials provided by Strixa.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if it cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, services or legal requirements, and will post the updated Terms on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
